1. After an abortive performance on June 27, 1993, GG Allin wandered to a Manhattan apartment where "he and others continued to party and use drugs." Later, "Allin ingested large amounts of heroin, on which he accidentally overdosed."
2. Allin's overdose occurred "shortly before this album was released."
